by Zap2It, Chicago McClatchy, Tribune Business News, published on February 15, 2008 Feb. 15--"Juno" Oscar nominee Ellen Page is filling her spring dance card quickly, adding her third upcoming project in a month. According to Variety, Page will star with Cillian Murphy is "Peacock," a psychological thriller directed by Michael Lander and written by Lander and Ryan Roy. Set in Peacock, Neb., Murphy will play a man with a split personality who fools a town into believing his dual personalities are actually a husband and wife. Page will play a young mother who knows some things about his past. Filming on "Peacock" will begin in May, which means it slots into Page's schedule in-between Sam Raimi's "Drag Me To Hell" and "Whip It," a roller derby film that marks Drew Barrymore's directing debut. Murphy, star of "Sunshine" and "Red Eye," will next be seen in "The Edge of Love" and "Hippie Hippie Shake." Source: Zap2It, Chicago |
